didn't get to sleep til after midnight, when the alarm went off at 6 I switched it to 7, I have cleaned up the few accidents, am dressed and having a quick cup of tea then poking the diabetics and leaving..i have to drop missions cell phone and pager off before I go into maple ridge. I am speedy Gonzales in a hurry this morning.
