W4W Table Sponsorship

For those that want to give a little extra or cannot attend the event but would like to help out. You can sponsor a table. We have 18 tables sponsored and would love to get just 2 more. This is $250 to do and is totally tax deductible. A company, person, or family can sponsor a table and the more people you get to chip in the less it costs each person.

Please email at events@saintsrescue.ca if you are interested in sponsoring.

Wishes 4 Whiskers Animal Sponsorship

Every year  we make sure the SAINTS residents presence is felt at our fundraiser. And one way is to have people sponsor the animals. Every year we have succeeded in having every animal receive $25 sponsorship. This means each animal sponsored is at the event in spirit through a creative sponsorship card.

Most of our readers are familiar with the process.  Click on the link and write your FIRST and LAST NAME  next to the animal you would like to sponsor W4W12 Animal Sponsorship

The 3 Ways to Pay

SAINTS Pay It Forward 50/50 Raffle

Over the last several years our vet bills have hit $200,000. What this means is we need to come up with new and exciting ways to fundraise during the months we see a slow down in donations. So we have created an online 50/50 raffle. Everyone likes to have the chance of winning money and at the same time helping a charity…hopefully.

The jackpot is up to $15,000. Tickets are $20 for 1 and $50 for 3. Just click on this link (in green) SAINTS Pay It Forward and purchase. It is that simple.

SAINTS Open House 2018

Smiling faces of SAINTS at our open house this weekend. .. The open house is a time for our shelter and the saintly crew to really take centre stage in a way a traditional event cannot. We thank everyone who came to our little shelter and are grateful for all the kind comments about our SAINTS community. Through your generosity we raised $5700.

The Amazing Raise – Minnie is Number 1

Yesterday was a really exciting day for Amazing Raise campaign. There was definite race between Team MP Room and Team House. Literally at the last moment a $500 donation came through and Minnie and Team House were declared the winner just before we shut down the campaign.

Here are the results.
Unassigned donations $1,430
Team Bunny Room $7,315
Team Barn $7,405
Team MP Room $8,090
Team House $8,375

The total is $32,615 (an astounding $7,615 over our goal). Minnie is a humble girl and is so overwhelmed that her team is number 1. All the captains are thrilled that they achieved totals well over their $6,250 goal.

Special thanks goes to Brenda McCormick who year after year has collected money from her friends and family. This year she contributed $1,700 for her Team House.

Thank you to every person who donated to our campaign, shared our posts and just spread the word. Thank you to our donors that consistently give to our fundraisers every time we send out an ask. Thank you to Ann Luu ,Darcy Matheson and Nat and Drew’s Pet Page for always being willing to highlight our fundraisers and in the process expose us to a wider audience then we could ever reach. It is this generous community that helps us achieve and surpass our fundraising goals. We employees, volunteers, and of course the SAINTLY crew are humbled and grateful.

The Amazing Raise Is Back

In 2017 SAINTS’ vet bills totaled just over $205,000. Most of the residents arrive at SAINTS with huge vet bills. A large percentage continue to require medical attention long after they have arrived. We are therefore always looking for innovative and creative ways to ensure money continues to flow in so that we can care for the SAINTS. The Amazing Raise, one of our more popular fundraisers, is back for its 7th year.

The Amazing Raise always puts fun into fundraising. The SAINTS’ are divided into 4 teams based on that part of SAINTS they consider home. There is the House, the MP Room, and the Barn. This year a fourth team has been added, Team Bunny Room. We thought they deserved there own team since they now have their very own separate building. Each group is on a race to raise the most amount of money for their respective areas; it’s all very exciting and for such a great cause! Each group has a team captain. This year we have chosen to have money raised to go directly to our vet bills and therefore the team captains were all chosen to highlight the various medical issues SAINTS deals with on a daily basis. And also because they are CUTE!

We invite the public to join in the fun by giving a donation to your favorite area of SAINTS.
