Discover Dogs, a retail store located on Kingsway in Vancouver, donated various pet supplies and food PLUS raised $800 through pet pictures with Santa

Get Dressed, a specialty women’s clothing boutique located in North Vancouver raised $2500 by selling gift bags for $30 to their customers.

Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital, located in Langley, is having a bake sale. Many of the products have been baked by staff.

The Vegan Night Market, held at the Waldorf Hotel in Vancouver on December 13th, $2 admission fee proceeds will be going to SAINTS

And this will be the 7th year that Walks ‘N” Wags Pet First Aid will be gathering supplies for SAINTS.

Hunter and Hare, a women’s consignment store in Vancouver, is matching each dollar their customers donate to SAINTS for the month of December.

The residents of SAINTS sure are lucky they have so many wonderful people thinking of them this Christmas season.

A Very Successful Fundraiser

Posted: November 29, 2018 at 5:34 pm

We say this often but it is true. SAINTS has the best supporters. This is the 5th year The Pet Shop Boys Doggie Boutique and Spa Vancouver have fundraised for SAINTS. This year was the best ever. Christopher did a mind blowing job of running such an organized event. Christopher we cannot express our gratitude for your long time support of SAINTS.

Thank you Tiffany Cooper Photography, Flint & Feather Photography, and Muddy Love Pet Photography and the dog whispers who helped calm overly excited dogs.

Three photographers, one huge room, tons of volunteers, and a “love” theme equaled a total $6605 raised!

PS If you got your picture taken at this event we would love to see your pictures. Please post in the comment section.

12th Annual Wishes 4 Whiskers A Success

Posted: October 30, 2018 at 8:00 am

Saturday night we raised a record $56,700. We want to thank every person who bought a ticket, sponsored an animal, sponsored a table, donated in lieu of attending, purchased an auction item and participated in our live sponsorship. It really does take a community to build something worthwhile. And Saturday evening a community, bonded by their love of the crippled crew that reside at SAINTS, came together. The staff, volunteers and especially the crippled crew thank our community.

“We pledge to love them, to care for them, and make their dreams come true. We promise each of them that they will never be alone again.”

Most of our readers are familiar with the process.  Click on the link and write your FIRST and LAST NAME  next to the animal you would like to sponsor W4W12 Animal Sponsorship

SAINTS Pay It Forward 50/50 Raffle

Posted: August 16, 2018 at 4:19 pm

Over the last several years our vet bills have hit $200,000. What this means is we need to come up with new and exciting ways to fundraise during the months we see a slow down in donations. So we have created an online 50/50 raffle. Everyone likes to have the chance of winning money and at the same time helping a charity…hopefully.

The jackpot is up to $15,000. Tickets are $20 for 1 and $50 for 3. Just click on this link (in green) SAINTS Pay It Forward and purchase. It is that simple.

Please feel free to share our raffle with anyone you think would be interested in purchasing. The staff, volunteers and most of all the SAINTLY residents thank you for your support. Good Luck!

SAINTS Open House 2018

Posted: June 11, 2018 at 7:11 am

Smiling faces of SAINTS at our open house this weekend. .. The open house is a time for our shelter and the saintly crew to really take centre stage in a way a traditional event cannot. We thank everyone who came to our little shelter and are grateful for all the kind comments about our SAINTS community. Through your generosity we raised $5700.

Rayne and Nat visit CTV Vancouver

Posted: June 6, 2018 at 4:28 pm

Watch SAINTS volunteer Nat and Rayne talk about SAINTS and the open house on CTV Vancouver Noon News. Well Nat because Rayne was far too interested in his food to contribute. Nat had to do all the talking…

Thank you CTV Vancouver, Rebecca Atkinson and Krissy Vann for allowing us to highlight our work.
