there is registered letter waiting for me at the post outlet. i should leave it til tomorrow, i just got home after a very long day, the barn guys need to go to bed and the other guys have missed me. but under the assumption that registered letters mean very bad things, (mostly because i have never gotten a good one) i better go get it or i will make myself sick with worry tonight imagining all kinds of terrible things. best to know, best to deal with stuff as quickly as you can, best not to prolong worry or wonder if you can help it so you can get on with more important things.
with my so wonderful luck lately, i am sure there is some kind of ax in that letter just waiting to cut me right off at the knees.
