i would like everyone to send out a huge group hug...

to our saints board members who just got thrown into the blazing fire and are struggling to make their first decison on whether to admit or not to saints (with pictures attached..that always sucks!)...and under time pressure too.

my only advice on this to them is...understand..there is an automatic no fault either way to the decision makers..these kind of decisions are shades of grey...and we did not create this problem..we just help if and when we can...sometimes the answer is no and sometimes it is yes and it won't be the same every time so get used to using both of the words the best that you can.
