three things please ...

1. Local Chilliwackian to donate 10% of her holiday book sales to SAINTS.

Reisa Mary Stone, author of Baba's Kitchen: Ukrainian Soul Food with Stories From the Village is an animal lover and would love to support saints and the work we do with senior and special needs animals. Her ebook is only $4.99 and includes tons of veggie dishes as well as funny immigrant anecdotes. Might be a great holiday idea for some new recipies ... take a look at her website, where you can download a free Christmas chapter.

3. Aviva Fund

Voting has started for the Aviva Fund semi-finals. SAINTS is currently in 17th position for our category (under 50K). SAINTS is such a great and worthy cause and it is so easy to vote, I am confident we can increase our voting base and climb into the top ten--which is where we need to be to make it into the finals. All we need is an additional 40 votes to gain that 10th spot. Please share this with fellow animals lovers. If everyone shares this and is able to garner an additional vote that way we can easily move up. Every vote count. It is also vital for us remember to vote every day. There are 14 voting days left ... Go SAINTS go!

Bunny Horne

Hi, Carol, it totally slipped my mind. Will our 4 tickets for the Hogs fundraiser in Maple Ridge on the 16th be at the door?
