Hi Carol. I wondered if there were any responsible, trustworthy volunteers who would be interested in the above paid opportunity. I have 1 dog, 2 cats, (1 of them being a diabetic who requires a morning insulin injection, which he takes well, and several feedings, daily), and 4 goats. Therefore, it is very difficult to get away, for even a day, let alone a couple of overnighters, rarely. I am acquainted with some of your volunteers, and have visited impressive S.A.I.N.T.S a few times, sometimes with my grandchildren.

If there is anyone interested in the above, that you feel would be qualified in such a very occasional position, please let me know as soon as possible.

I may know someone, checking to see if she is still doing this and lives and works in Mission. She is a very reliable young lady who has had animals all her life. Will let you know if she is still housesitting. She has looked after mine when we went away so I do recommend her.

I am in the same boat with my diabetic cat who has two injections a day. We did not travel this summer because of it. We are trying to plan a trip for next year so need the same. Of course it is a paid opportunity for us as well.
